▷ Our products go through the entire process of design,
printing, production, inspection, packaging, and shipping
after the pre-order period. The production and delivery
process takes approximately 7-8 weeks from the order date.

3. Focus on Your Pet’s Face
Make sure the pet's face is clearly visible and stands out in the photo. This will make the design more recognizable and visually appealing.
4. Avoid Over-Editing
Use natural, unedited photos without heavy filters. This ensures the colors and features of your pet are accurately represented in the custom products.
📸 Providing challenging photos may delay the production process, causing you to receive your product later. Additionally, it may affect your satisfaction with the final product.
